Shipping Policy

Where we ship: Within the United States.

Carrier: All orders ship via UPS, fully tracked.

Processing time: Each piece is carefully inspected and packed before it ships — orders go out within 2–3 business days. Because many of our items are fragile (glass, ceramics, jewelry, and décor), we take extra care to pack them securely. Thank you for your patience.

Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking: You'll receive a UPS tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date with photos, and we'll work with UPS to make it right.
